BookRenter.com's strategic partnerships with delivery services provide you with reliable and cost effective shipping. We currently only deliver to U.S. addresses. (Weekend and P.O. Box delivery are only available with Ground, and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the estimates below.)
Please note that severe weather conditions may cause unexpected shipping delays. BookRenter.com is not responsible for these delays and cannot offer any shipping refunds in such cases.
Orders are processed for shipping in 1-2 business days. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Free Return Shipping
The shipping for rental returns is free. Simply print your prepaid shipping label available from the returns page under My Account. For more information see the How to Return page.
Premium Ground

- We’ve got the fastest shipping in the industry! Premium Ground orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days, and are usually received within 3-7 business days of shipment. Premium Ground is the only shipping method that will deliver to Post Office Boxes or on the weekends. (All Premium Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cost an additional $10.00.)
Two Day

- 2 Day shipments are guaranteed at your door within 2 business days after an order is processed and shipped (2 Day orders usually ship within 2 business days of your order date). We will not deliver any 2 Day shipments to Post Office Boxes or on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays. (All 2 Day shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cost an additional $15.00.) Please note: Most 2 Day orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please double check your order before placing!
Next Day
- $12.99 + $6.99 per item (1 Business Day)
- Next Day shipments are guaranteed at your door 1 business day after an order is process and shipped (Next Day orders usually ship within 2 business days of your order date). We will not deliver any Next Day shipments to Post Office Boxes or on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays. (All Next Day shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cost an additional $15.00.) Extensions
Extensions do not incur any shipping cost. If your bag includes only extensions, then you will not be charged any shipping and you will not have to enter any shipping information. If your bag includes rentals and/or purchases with extensions, don't worry because you are only charged shipping for the rentals and/or purchases.
