Purchase includes a free trial membership in the publisher's book club where you can select from more than a million books without charge. Excerpt: Gillian McKeith (born 28 September 1959) is a Scottish nutritionist, television presenter and writer. She previously hosted Channel 4's You Are What You Eat and Granada Television's Dr Gillian McKeith's Feel Fab Forever in the UK for several series. McKeith's programme takes a holistic approach to nutrition and ill health, promoting exercise, a pescetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables, and suggesting the avoidance of processe...More: http://booksllc.net/?id=936205
