How to Return Book Rentals
1. Login
Login to My Account and click on Rental Return to start the return process. Next, choose which books you wish to return and confirm your shipping address.
2. Print
Print the packing slip and the prepaid UPS shipping label. Include the packing slip inside the box along with your books. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
3. Package
Send your return back using either the original box or your own. Please remember to include only the books you have submitted for return in the box. For more specifics on how to package your return, see our FAQs.
4. Ship
Your return shipping is free. Just drop it off at any UPS Location before your rental period is over and you're done!
Remember
If you do not extend or buy your rental, you must drop off your returns at a UPS Location by the end of your rental period. You can find the date your rental period ends on the My Rentals page.
If your due date falls on a weekend or holiday, you may ship it back early or you may ship it back the next business day. You must, however, print out your return shipping label before your due date, even if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday.
